No doubt when you say you have tried everything, it is very likely that you mean that you have been the route of fraxel lasers and RF microneedling devices and have pretty much wasted time and money, while naturally suffering a great deal frustration. Any of my regular followers would tell you that I have been cautioning them for many years now that these expensive "bells and whistles," supposedly "next big thing" gizmos are far more backed by device manufacturer and social media influencer hype than any hard science, which is what you have likely and unfortunately learned the hard way. Sorry. I gave up using Sculptra over eight years ago when more robust HA fillers (and less expensive) appeared on the market, that achieved immediate results in one treatment session (usually three needed for Sculptra) and were able to yield results that lasted nearly as long as those from Sculptra. As to Profhilo, I have been using it for many years in my satellite practice outside the U.S.. It is really not a particularly good material for treating acne scars. The photos provided here unfortunately lack clarity, but from what I can see, a Field Subcison, which can be performed in all skin types, would likely be very helpful for elevating and smoothing a great many of the overlying scars, and individual subcisions may be subsequently performed on those scars that still might require additional improvement. You would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist with experience and expertise in performing subcisions. Unfortunately, many treatment venues these days are into hawking the hyped expensive lasers and RF devices, so you will likely have to do an extensive search in order to find a physician experienced in subcision. Best of luck.
