I apologize for my absence of technical knowledge on this topic. From what I see, I have excess mucosa hanging from my upper lip in a bow shape. I am unhappy with my smile and considering a lip lift to address the lack of tooth show. I am also unhappy with my visible bottom gums when speaking. I had a consultation with an oral and maxillofacial surgeon in which I was told I do not have a lip deformity and that the issue lies with my upper jaw. All recommendations are greatly appreciated. Thanks
