I'm really insecure about my lips especially the top one and more recently I noticed it goes sideways especially on pictures. Is there a way to correct asymmetry as well as make it fuller to hide gums too?

Your photographs are inadequate. It may be possible that you would be a candidate for a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

Hi, thanks for your answer and pics. It seems you have an asymmetry in your lips. First, remember that the human face is not symmetrical at all. Second, you have several options, from lips augmentation with hyaluronic acid injections, non-permanent but effective to give you natural results, or surgical correction.
