What Procedures Would I Need to Improve my Bone Structure and Facial Balance? (photo)

I feel that the most dramatic results are by using facial implants such as cheek (malar) implants and sometimes chin or jaw implants. However, injectable fillers can also enhance the cheeks and jawline. I often use fillers first to make sure patients like the result. If so and the fillers don't last long enough then we go with facial implants.
 

To provide a more well defined and angular look to your face you should consider chin, jaw  angle and cheek implants. A thin face like yours will show the effects of these areas of augmentation on your face quite well. By creating a triangular augmentation effect on each side of your face, you will no longer just have an 'average' face.

Cheek implants would do well in your case.  However, you might try filler such as Radiesse first so that you may "try it out" without under going the risks of surgery and down time.  That being said, with the perportions of your face would do well with cheek implants as I think your jaw and chin already have good stock, angles, and volume.   Cheeks for sure.  The upper and lower thirds of your face are in harmony. . .the the midface appears flat and sunken.  You can even have these implants placed under local anesthesia but I'd recommend some sedation.

 From the photos presented, your face is quite elongated.  This is an indication that the cheeks are very flat, which is indeed verified when looking at the pictures.  For that reason, cheek augmentation, with a filler (I prefer using Perlane) or cheek implants would be considered.  Following that, Radiesse to the Jawline and upper lip augmentation with a filler (Restylane or Juvederm).

Your face is not as bad as you make it sound.  You have nice eyes, nose and lips.  Cheek implants would be helpful and a small reduction in chin height would enhance your facial structure.  Also, since your face is on the long side, a different haircut would mask this very well.  Best wishes
