In addition to a rhinoseptoplasty, I will be doing a chin aug/submental lipo.Want square chin. Implant best way to go or fat grafting or fillers? Which Implantech style best suited to my face? Or go customized? Concern w/ silastic is infection/rejection/migration/resorption. Heard Medpor better; most docs prefer silastic. Should I do jaw angle implants to widen my facial base. Based on pics, what do you think? Would a square chin implant be enough?
Answer: Rhinoplasty and Chin Implant
Of course, there is nothing that replaces an in-person examination. However, I think that a rhinoplasty, chin implant and submental liposuction will get you the results you are wanting. I use the silastic Implantech implants. These have worked very well for me. As long as they are placed correctly they don't migrate. I have never had one migrate, get rejected or infected and have not seen any evidence of bone resorption. I generally use the extended anatomic implant, but would do 3D photo imaging before the procedure to make sure we understand what one another is seeing.

Answer: Chin implant versus fat grafting options
I don't find fat grafting or fillers to be a good long term solution to augmenting the chin. I generally use an extended anatomic style silastic implant. Silastic implants in general have a very low rate of complications.
I don't think that a chin implant and neck liposuction alone would provide the results you desire in your morphed image. An in person exam would be needed to assess things more fully but I suspect that a neck lift may be needed to obtain results close to your simulated image.
You can read more chin augmentation at my web reference below.

Answer: Square Chin and Jaw Angle Implants for Better Jawline
The only way to achieve a square chin augmentation that is permanent is with an implant not fat grafting. Style 1 or 2 squate chin implant are based on different widths and measurements must be taken to deternine the best amount of squareness for your face. Jaw angle implants can be helpful addition to the jawline as you have illustrated in your imaging. The key is to have jaw angle implants that can provide some vertical lengthening as well. The implant material is of secondary importance to getting the right implant style and size. I see no need for custom implants for your jawline needs.

Answer: Rhinoplasty chin implant and neck lift In addition to the rhinoplasty, a small Silastic chin implant could be placed through the submental incision. The size and shape are best determined at the time of the consultation and examination of the face in 3 dimensions. Simple liposuction of the neck may not be sufficient to due to subplatysmal fat in the heavy male neck. A neck lift would give a better result with removal of sub-mental and subplatysmal fat, along with tightening of the anterior platysmal bands. Please see blank below for examples of rhinoplasty, chin implant, and neck lift in our practice

Answer: Facial Rejuvenation
Based on the profile picture posted, you do not need a chin implant. There is a lot of fat in the neck and sub-mental area. If the fat is subcutaneous, then liposuction of the sub-mental fat and jawline. If the fat is under the muscle then you need a Platysmaplasty, and liposuction. Then you can re-assess the chin and face. The rhinoplasty should maintain the male look.
