Hi, Your right side (2nd photo) has more jaw angle definition than the left side (1st photo). However the photos are not accurate. The sunlight is coming from the right side of the photo, so when you face the sun, a shadow can be created behind the jaw angle. In the left profile the sun is...

Thank you for your question. There are a few ways to slim the face from the front perspective. Buccal fat removal helps narrow the cheeks by removing fat using small incisions on the inside of the mouth. This can be done in the office with local numbing. Another popular treatment is using botox...

In general, revision surgery can be more difficult than the initial surgery. In order to provide some guidance, I would need to see original photos and the surgical reports from each surgery. There are ways to correct the sagginess of the soft tissue pad of the chin. More information is needed.
