I want either a jaw reduction or a facelift. I can't decide! Which would be better for my face? (Photo)

Which would be better for my face? I have eye and jaw drooping. My main trouble is my strong very square jaw line and drooping jowls. Over facelift or just a lower and eye lift? Or would I still be stuck with a very square jaw that creates masculine drooping look. Or would a jaw reduction be a better solution? If you have a different suggestion altogether I'd love to hear it. One thing for sure is I have no interest in fillers or any short term solutions. Thanks!

There are several considerations when it comes to jawline slimming. In some cases, the bony structure is contributing the width, and other cases the soft tissue is creating the problem. You would need a complete in person exam and CT to provide these answers.
