How can I get a better jawline from the front view? (Photos)

Question

I had buccal fat removal as well as chin and neck lipo already I am not overweight but my jawline from the front view still bothers me . I don’t have a smooth front jawline . My jawline seems to go out and leave like a negative space making my face look fat is there any surgery I can do to permanently fix this.

I appreciate you providing those pictures. Additionally, thank you for providing the details of your previous operations.

I woud recommend looking at a profile picture if you have one available to evaluate your chin size. 
If your chin looks appropriate then I would recommend initially using a a filler like Restylane Defyne to fill that negative space.  If you like those results after a year, then I would recommend fat grafting to that negative space for a permit result.

If you have a size discrepancy of your chin that creates the negative space then a corrective chin procedure would be necessary.

You should concur with a facial plastic surgeon that has a lot of experience performing facial implants.  There are very specific implants that could easily improve your condition.  In the proper hands this is a very safe and simple procedure that can be performed on an outpatient basis.

When the jaw bone itself is 'narrow', the tissues which overlay it look wide and are unsupported. So people try what you have tried to unsuccessfully change the contour.
The key is to subtly improve the actual bone contour which evens out the jawline, improves long term tissue support (avoids early jowls), and enhance the look of a defined jawline in all dimensions.
