What is the best procedure to define my jawline and neck? Do I have to undergo surgery to help my side profile? (photos)

Hello, I am 22 years old and around 11/12 stone. I am around 5 ft 6 so I am not overweight. For as long as I can remember my chin/neck has looked like this. When I was a little slimmer I think it appeared a little better but I don't remember every having a defined jawline. It appears my neck fades into my chin and makes my side profile awful. I was wondering if there are any procedures available to help define my jawline and neck. Kind regards

For a more defined jawline to strengthen your profile (and help prevent the dreaded jawline "jowl" sagging), we use injectable fillers like Revanesse Versa - a filler known to limit swelling and give subtle, soft enhancements - or Radiesse. Using a cannula to limit pain and swelling, we inject on the bone in strategic points to get more lift and shaping, resulting in a more contoured lower face and defined, structured jawline. Neck liposuction is a great option for patients with good skin elasticity and excess fat in the neck and around the jawline and face. This will remove excess fat and stimulate the skin to contract over time which will improve angulation and definition along the jawline. I recommend seeing an expert for a consultation. I hope this helps!

Hello and thank-you for your question and photos.You may consider a small chin augmentation to improve your jawline combined with liposuction of the sub mental chin and neck. Liposuction of the chin area alone could give improvement as well. Liposuction and J-Plasma (Renuvion) Cool Helium Plasma for skin tightening of the chin and neck produces consistently good results for appropriate candidates. Based on your photo you are a good candidate for chin liposuction, 
Chin liposuction may be an option, it makes you look younger and more 
attractive with a sharp jawline , and better facial proportions.
I recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic
