How are costs figured for multiple procedures in one surgery?

If i wanted to have an breast lift with grafting done in hips n butt areas is that lipo, n grafting add are is that considered breast n fat grafting only. I was asking to get an understanding on how the price are given with certain procedures. I plan on having done soon n trying to pay out of my own pocket. Thanks, Million5

Spitting of sutures after surgery is not uncommon. Your surgeon or his nurse can easily remove these in the office. You probably should refrain from digging in your incision with foreign objects.

It is possible to complete a breast lift with local anesthesia, but it would be difficult. The amount of local anesthesia that you can deliver during a single procedure is limited due to the possibility of toxicity. The surgical procedure should not affect your nipples or your piercings at all. You should be able to use a plastic spacer to replace your metal piercing for the actual procedure. You can switch things back to your normal piercing right after surgery.
