If i wanted to have an breast lift with grafting done in hips n butt areas is that lipo, n grafting add are is that considered breast n fat grafting only. Spitting of sutures after surgery is not uncommon. Your surgeon or his nurse can easily remove these in the office. You probably should refrain from digging in your incision with foreign objects.
Hi Mygirl. Sorry about your problem. This is a little early, but unfortunately is not an uncommon problem following breast surgery. They are stitch abscesses which will heal with the use of antibiotic ointment and a small dressing. It is not your ps fault and you should let him know what's going on.
I would always recommend general anesthesia for breast lift. If the surgeon doesn't suggest that, they may not be board certified or have priviliges at an accredited facility.
