Initial consultation - is it right that we never addressed the size?

I am a 66 year old with 36 yo 280cc breast implants . I now weigh 160 lbs and am 5'6". One just ruptured. When I get it fixed, I want to upgrade. I went in for my last consultation, but we never addressed size other than something of higher profile and fuller. I expected to review photos, 3D software or do some type of fitting but we did not. The surgeon is the head of Plastic Surgery at a renowned hospital. He is also board certified and has good reviews. Does this sound right?
