Weird indentation above my top lip. Is this from juvederm or the hyuronidase? (Photo)

I got juvederm injections a couple weeks ago. It made my top lip stick out like a duck. I gave it about ten days then went in to have it disolved. The next morning my lips were sore and swollen. But went down in just a few hours. Today is the 2nd day since the hyuronidase and I have an indentation above the left side of my lip. What is this from? Will it go away?

Thank you for your question. You will need to visit your injector and discuss your concerns. The treatment depends on the look you desire. You may want to fill the indent to smooth the lip or remove the product on either side with additional hyaluronidase. Best,

I see the indentation or groove you're referring to.  It is possible it is a gap in the center of remaining filler that could be improved with a touch more of filler, or the other way around by injecting more enzyme lateral or on both sides of the gap.  Sometimes if it is less than a week since the initial filler treatment you can just massage it out, or make it more even with massage.  Either way, I would return to your physician for assistance.
