Hi Fitch.  When possible, we offer laser treatments before filler. The interaction between the injection product and the laser or radiofrequency devices depends on how deep the filler is placed and how deep the laser or RF procedure is going.  You can have the procedure, but not sure anyone knows what effect the Thermalift will have on the filler.  When possible, do the RF or laser treamtents before the injections.  Good luck.
