You could either use Kybella or Coolsculpting as Morpheus is not really intended to reduce fat. Please contact a qualified provider or a board-certified physician with extensive experience in these procedures.

Kybella and the Cool-mini from Coolsculpting are the best methods for treating fat around the neck.  Morpheus won't affect any change around your neck.  You need to have procedures that reduce the fat on the side of the neck.  Liposuction would also help and remove the fat that is remaining.
