Can Kybella injections be used for a slight reduction in the size of a breast?

It is hard to tell for sure without an examination, but most likely that Kybella won't work. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

100% of women have asymmetrical breasts. Most women’s left breast sets 1/2 inch higher than the right breast Mild to moderate asymmetry is normal.  Kybella Is not a good option for correcting this if you want to intervention. Some surgical intervention is more appropriate. Liposuction would work well for removal of small amounts of fat specially on the side of the breast or under the armpit.I do these as office base procedures using local anesthesia.I suggest having a few in person consultations.I would definitely not move forward with your proposed solution.Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
