Yes you can. Healing following a breast augmentation and lift actually goes on for almost a year, but the vast majority of the healing occurs in the first 4-6 weeks after the surgery. Once you become pregnant, there will be changes in your breasts, but it's not instantaneous. So, as the healing progresses, and the changes in your breasts from the pregnancy progresses, you'll be fine. One important thing to keep in mind, and something you should have discussed with your plastic surgeon prior to the surgery, is that you may lose some of the benefits of the lift and augmentation as a result of the pregnancy related breast changes. In other words, you may need an additional lift after the baby is born and you finish breast feeding due to the stretching of the skin and changes in the breast tissue that come with breast enlargement and engorgement. One thing to also keep in mind - mastitis, which is an inflammation of the breast gland, is often seen in pregnancy. In my experience, the risk of mastitis is somewhat higher in women who've recently had breast surgery and then become pregnant.
