Your buttock implants should be reasonable stable with pregnancy.  It is unlikely to change as much as implants might say if they were for breast augmentation.

Based on the information you send us i really think you are misinformed. butt implants should not shift during or after pregnancy, your body may change but not the shape of the implant and the will need to be change because of this. As you can understand studies and test are needed to see if you are clear for surgery but in general, if you seek the attention of a certified plastic surgeon, you should have a great result and a normal life.
