How worried should I be about the vaping and potential for a botched procedure?

My doctor didn’t say anything about my vaping during the consult. I’m 5 days preop and now worried. I’m getting a closed septorhinoplasty and minor revison. Including shortened columella, straightened septum, slight shaving of hump. How worried should I be about the vaping and potential for a botched procedure? My doctor has few reviews but good, very nice, and showed me many before and afters.
