This should not be an issue two weeks post op. Sometimes that happens with dissolvable stitches. If you are concerned then i would speak to your surgeon 

The symptoms you describe certainly warrant expert evaluation by an otolaryngologist/skull base surgeon.  While clear drainage can be caused by benign conditions, it also could indicate a skull base injury.  Please have this assessed.

There should be no problems with flying 10 months after a rhinoplasty.  This should not increase the swelling of your nose.

Thanks for the question. You should be able to go on vacation by 3-4 weeks after your surgery. But this is valid only with assuming postoperative recovery is uneventful. If any unexpected incident happens in your treatment process, this time can be extended or shortened. I wish you all the best.
