I am 23F East Asian. 6 months ago, I got a unilateral upper blepharoplasty on my right eye to get a double eyelid on my right eye. My left eye naturally has a double eyelid, and my right eye never had any crease. During the consultation, my surgeon never mentioned ptosis. After the initial swelling and post-op recovery, I was really happy with my results. However, about a month ago, I noticed that my right eyelid was no longer "creasing" along the incision line.
