Revision double eyelid - could this lower the crease and address any scar tissue underneath? (Photo)

I had incision double eyelid surgery in August 2021. The right eye looks good, but the left has a higher crease and the lid is a little fat/puffy. My surgeon thinks there might be scar tissue underneath that may be causing the higher crease and puffiness. The left crease is 2mm higher than the right. Could revision surgery on my left eye both successfully lower the crease and address any scar tissue, if that is the case, underneath? I'm worried that revision surgery could make things worse.
