Yesterday I drank some neat mouthwash (Listerine 'Zero', i.e. no alcohol), from a 250ml glass. There was about 6 tablespoons worth left over. Later on I accidentally used the same glass for some whole milk (about ¾ full), drinking through a straw. Before swallowing a second time I went to the bathroom and spat it out, then rinsed with tap water. My mouth feels sensitive. I’m worried I may have stained or damaged my teeth, dental bonding and dental implants. Many thanks for your valued time.

Clinically, there seems to me there is less than 30% sound tooth structure available with severe decay. Radiographically, it looks even worse. If you would like to save this tooth, bonding will not work and will fail due to severe decay with minimal tooth structure. A viable...

Its almost impossible to ascertain from the photo. If there's no soft decay on clinical examination and there's nothing on the xray, then its most probably a stain.
