Pockets of fat below breasts and middle of my abdomen/flanks - Renuvion or more lipo - which would be more beneficial? (Photos)

You present an interesting question and problem of use of plasma for skin tightening in combination surgeries, especially fee quoted. Based unlimited photos and no photos of breast I assume that you’re just having a straight explant and possible correction or removal? With minor Lipo less than 1 L, and the plasma for skin tightening the fee quoted 12,000 is in the acceptable range here in Miami as a fee quote I would’ve quoted you $8500. From firsthand experience, I personally don’t believe Renee at anything that you can’t explain by Liposuction alone.
I simply don’t think the procedure does anything close to what the manufacturer claims.
I’ve never had a patient claim or think their skin was tighter after using this treatment.
I’ve done plenty of Renuvion treatments but personally, I can’t tell the difference.
Because it’s almost always done in conjunction with Liposuction patients will always see changes and results.
These results are in my opinion, completely related to the Liposuction and not Renuvion.
There are other providers or are much more enthusiastic.
In my opinion providers are highly motivated to recapture the capital expenditure of buying the equipment which is well over $100,000
In my case, I simply couldn’t recommend the treatment because I wasn’t seeing results.
I accepted the loss and sold my equipment at a substantial loss.
Ask your provider to open up their portfolio and show you before and after pictures of previous patients who had similar situations and see for yourself.
Doing more Liposuction probably isn’t going to do much if it didn’t fix the problem in the first place.
Ultimately, you’ll need to make the decision.
It’s never a bad idea to get a few in person second opinion consultations.
