I am post 1 month HT and went to sauna for an hour after 1 month. Am I safe or have i disturbed the Hair grafts.?

i was in and out of Sauna for an hour. Do i disturb my new hair graft follicles or skin? i am post 1 month HT. regards sinu

Sauna should be ok after hair transplant surgery after one month.  If you are concerned it is always a good idea to follow up with your doctor for a recheck and exam.

One month following your hair restoration procedure you are free to do anything you like.  The new grafts are safe and secure in a sauna, swimming, etc. No worries.  Good luck.

In cosmetic and aesthetic surgery, it is normally said that small site healing takes 3-10 days after which almost nothing can do harm to the site.   So it sounds like you are in the clear.

Everything should be healed by one month so a Sauna should not hurt your grafts. Continue to be cautiious with the care.

it is likely that no harm would come to your transplants at this late date after surgery.  Grafts are pretty scure after 5 days .
