Grafts can come out with the scabs. It is a possibility. If you are concerned about this, it is a good idea to follow up with your doctor for a recheck and exam.
Thank you for your question. This is not usually a good thing. The scabs are best left in place as they are holding the hair down like a glue. Hopefully not too many of them came out. I hope this helps.
Losing Grafts after the first week from your hair transplant is very uncommon. In fact studies show that hair follicles get sealed in place after day 4 from a hair transplant. What you have been seeing might have been losing hair shaft that could be attached to some scabs and may resemble a graft. To be on the safe side discuss this with your hair transplant surgeon.
The grafts can fall out as soon as day 10 and the fallout can continue up to several months. It is important to assess how much has fallen out and what type of hair transplant you had i.e FUE or FUT. Many factors play a role in the fall out and it can be normal.
It’s rare to have grafts coming out after ten days. You should schedule a follow up with your doctor to see if it’s the hair, scab or actual follicle that came out.
and the grafts come out, you will lose these grafts. I wrote an article on this showing that grafts pulled out in the first couple of weeks after a hair transplant with the crusts on the scalp, were lost permenently.
Use Rogaine only if you used it before the hair transplant as your hairs will have become depenent upon this medication.

Will eventually grow hair out in 6-8 months. Shedding of your normal, non-transplanted hair could reflect shock loss (see video below)
Dear Sami_YounisThanks for the question. Shedding of hair grafts after a operation can be noticed anywhere between 1-5 months after the hair transplant procedure. Patients are often alarmed by the continued loss of hair, however, a few months after the operation, they can be assured that new ...
