stuckinoregon.  I appreciate your concern, however your upper lip is only modestly full within the central 2/3. Your options include doing nothing, as I do not see a significant deformity. If it really bothers you, you may consider a very conservative upper lip reduction by a board-certified plastic surgeon. Good luck.

Thank you for your question.  The proportion of your lips should be 1/3 upper lip and 2/3.  I think your lips have a good proportion, but if this bothers you you can perform a lip reduction on the upper lip.  This can be performed under a local anaesthetic.  The scar is hidden and heals very well.  All The Best 

I perform a lip reduction about every other day from people who fly from across the world.  You appear young, which means your lip will continue to shrink in size when you get older.  Accordingly, I don't know if you would benefit from a lip reduction because it is not that big but I could do it safely and conservatively. If you are talking about the white lip being puffy, there is no safe way that I know to improve that portion without risking scarring and an unfavorable outcome.
