I got a rhinoplasty to smooth out a small hump and raise the tip of the nose. The goal was to improve my side profile. Not exactly sure when I started noticing but the right side of my nasal bone kinda shows. My ENT did inform me of a mild deviated septum on my right nostril but didn’t recommend surgery. I’m wondering if it’s all connected .
