I am a 32 year old female. I used to squeeze and pick at blackheads on my nose until a couple years ago when I realized scars were forming..I still pick sometimes :/ I've had microneedling, IPL, lutronic clarity 755/1064, a few TCA peels. I use retin-a every 2 or 3 nights and use lots of sunscreen even indoors. These treatments haven't helped. If anything it might of made it worse. I don't have any b4 photos without scars that are clear. What modality do yo suggget? Thank you!
