I've heard some say 3 months, others say 6, and others say a full year. I did fraxel a full year post surgery and have seen little to no effect. Would it have been better to have started at 3 months post-op?

Answer: It is recommended to wait 4-6 weeks until scars and completely healed
If the scar is recent, that is great news. Some lasers will help temporarily, look into Morpheus8 or other micro-needeling technique with radio-frequency. I am seeing great results with Morpheus8 and scars. Hope this helps.
