Yes - this can be done. The key is you'd need something to move the ears away from the head. This would most successfully be accomplished with a cartilage graft (e.g. from the rib) placed behind the ear to help lateralize them.

It is very difficult reconstruction that involves local flap, possibly cartilage graft. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon is recommended. Good luck.
