Is it possible to get the contour and depth of the helix back? I had two surgeries on my left ear. The skin frame has been removed as well as lots of cartilage. It also looks very pointed in my opinion. Can the helical rim be fixed?

It is very difficult reconstruction that involves local flap, possibly cartilage graft. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon is recommended. Good luck.

The integrity of your underlying ear cartilage have to be analyzed in person to see whether you would benefit from a surgical revision otoplasty utilizing Mustardé suture technique or if a non surgical approach may be wiser, this could involve strategically injecting a permanent filler such as bellafill with a 90-vector approach.
