Ear/Helical Reconstruction - Is it possible to get the contour and depth of the helix back? (Photo)

Is it possible to get the contour and depth of the helix back? I had two surgeries on my left ear. The skin frame has been removed as well as lots of cartilage. It also looks very pointed in my opinion. Can the helical rim be fixed?
