I had ear pinning surgery a year and a half ago and am not happy with the results on my left ear. The shape of it looks odd to me and the rim looks almost cut- off. I Was wondering what can be done to correct the issue or if it’s as good as it’s going to get.

First, discuss this further with your surgeon to see if they can find any reason why you would be experiencing this. If they are of no help, see another otoplasty surgeon.
If there is nothing that can be found, then seek consultation with a neurologist who deals with chronic peripheral pain...

It is very difficult reconstruction that involves local flap, possibly cartilage graft. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon is recommended. Good luck.
