3 weeks ago I had buccal fat removal. I had really big cheeks & also massive masseter muscles, which I got Botox in at the time of the surgery. I'm a little disappointed bc I don't see much of a difference. My masseter is shrinking, & I do see a little bit of leanness in my cheeks but not as much as I hoped. When I touch them they still feel thick and fat. Should I be more patient or should I start looking for other procedures that will give me a small lower face? And if yes, then which ones?
