Chubby face after buccal fat removal 3 weeks ago. Advice? (photos)

After buccal fat removal cheeks tend to swell to the point it seems surgery didn't work or the cheek look even more chubbier. In an small percentage of the patients the swelling could last several weeks,The final result after buccal fat removal wont be seen after 3 (three months) post surgery. Therefore patients should let the normal healing process happen to visualize the final result. 

You may still have swelling, which can take several weeks to resolve. If you're concerned, I recommend following up with your surgeon. I hope this helps.
