In order to evaluate if an specific plastic surgery procedure worked or didn't work in a forum like RealSelf it is necessary to present before and after pictures of the area in question. Without those is impossible to do an assessment. 

You may still have swelling, which can take several weeks to resolve. If you're concerned, I recommend following up with your surgeon. I hope this helps.
