How long after breast lift until I can wear a normal bra? (Photo)

Thanks for inquiry,  I do not know why your doctor was concerned about pressure on the nipple, so best you discuss with him/her or his/her staff--good luck.  

Each plastic surgeon has a preference for the type of bra to wear following a breast lift. The bra worn should not place any tension or pressure on the incisions.  Sports bras may be OK for the first six weeks. In my office, patients can wear any non-underwire bra four weeks after surgery. Only your surgeon can give you specific advice. I bet though have no problem with your new bra.

First and foremost: DISCUSS YOUR ACTIONS AND OUTCOMES WITH YOUR SURGEON.
Having said that, I usually allow my patients to choose a bra that they prefer after 6 weeks of healing.  Prior to that time, I recommend a sports bra ( I really like the Under Armor bras).  Overall, I think your recovery sounds great and I don't think you are in danger of compromising your surgical results
