I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

It could be a seroma but an exam is needed to know for sure. An ultrasound can be done to determine if it is fluid if a physical exam isn't conclusive. If it isn't a seroma it could be scar tissue or potentially a fatty pocket.

Ask you surgeon to do an ultrasound to see if you still have a seroma with fluid or if it is residual fat.

I would obtain ultrasound of mid/upper abdomen to do if Seroma or excess fat. Might have been to conservative a TT done?

Your situation is complex and I don’t think you’re going to get a quality assessment by posting on realself.
If you’re not getting the care you need from your provider then I suggest scheduling proper second opinion in person consultations with other providers.
It should not be difficult to determine if you have a fluid collection.
If your doctor is unable to determine this by an examination then an ultrasound would confirm the diagnosis.
If you have medical insurance then that should cover for a diagnostic ultrasound since a fluid collection is not a cosmetic concern.
Your pictures are limited and in order to make a proper assessment on the outcome of a procedure we need to see proper before and after pictures.
After pictures should be taken in the same position as the before pictures standing up right showing your front side and backside.
If you don’t have proper before and after pictures then ask your surgeon to forward the ones they took.
It looks like you have skin redundancy of your upper abdomen that is not related to a fluid collection.
There’s no way to determine if you have a fluid collection based on pictures.
In the end your surgeon is responsible for your outcome and your well-being.
Sometimes getting a second opinion is appropriate.
For a second opinion consultations patients should come prepared bringing with them all before and after pictures and ideally a copy of your operative report. Those are all available from your surgeons office if you request them.
