Is this normal? When bending over my left implant seems to move in an uncomfortable position.

Thank you for your question. It's impossible to say exactly what the problem is without an in person examination. Photos and or a video can also help. That said, it seems like like you have an implant displacement issue. In some cases the displacement is minimal and does not pose any problems.
