Does having poor circulation in my nose mean it will take to heal after rhinoplasty?

My nose is constantly freezing, even when the rest of my body isn’t cold. I am assuming it is poor circulation, and I am sure it’s common. However, I’m getting rhinoplasty in January and I’m hoping for a decent recovery. Would poor circulation in my nose prolong things?

Healing of any  surgery is dependent on adequate  blood  flow to the operative site. The better the  blood supply, the better the healing process. Check with your PS  for a determination on whether there is an issue with your situation.
