Do I need chin surgery or can my problem be fixed with teeth extraction? (Photo)

I want suggestions that does I need chin surgery or my problem can be fixed with teeth extraction As my doctor suggest me go for teeth extraction and it will solve my problem But I confusion that whether it solve my problem or I need chin surgery I have my x ray pic can you please suggest me whether I need chin surgery or teeth extraction can solve my problem and can fix my side profile
