Post-rhinoplasty radix looks prominent / not blending — 13 months post op. Do I need a revision? (Photos)

I’m ~13 months post-op from a primary rhinoplasty. Overall healing has been stable, but I’m still bothered by the radix area. It looks high and doesn’t blend smoothly into my glabella, especially in certain lighting. I’ve already tried a Kenalog injection with minimal change. I’m trying to understand whether this looks like residual fibrosis/scar tissue, muscle tension (procerus), or possible excess graft? I had a diced cartilage with fascia rhinoplasty. This is my primary rhinoplasty. Do I need a revision?
