Nose bridge looks worse 2.5 years after surgery - can this be improved? (Photos)

FabulousP
I had a primary rhinoplasty 2.5 years ago. The intention was to reduce my bulbous tip. However after the cast was removed there was a hard bony bump on either side of my bridge that was not there before surgery. More prominent on right side. Over time it has become more noticeable and my bridge is wider than before surgery and my nose looks bulkier overall. The nasal tip is still stiff and is still bulbous in appearance. I’ve visited my surgeon 3 times and he claims it looks fine, but I’m very unhappy with my appearance. At this stage what are my options? Is it possible to reduce the width of the bridge and remove the bump? Would it be a closed or open surgery? Is 2.5 years too late to try steroid injections? I don’t know whether a revision rhinoplasty is too risky and I don’t want my nose to look even worse. [N.B: In case it is helpful, during the surgery, the bridge was not broken and the surgeon said he did only “minor rasping”]
