I had PMMA Injected to my butt, Can I still get a Brazilian butt lift?

Hi and great question.I think that you should be able to get a BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift).  The main question is how close the PMMA is to the skin and how much it can be felt.  Regardless, I think you should still be able to get a BBL.  I hope that helps.  Best of luck.  

It's certainly possible to get a Brazilian after having had PMMA injections.You are slightly higher risk for having complications should some of the previously injected the fillers get contaminated with bacteria.that could potentially lead to a difficult to treat infection though this is quite unlikely.More pertinent would be a potential lack of sources of fat to harvest for a Brazilian if you had previous liposuctioned and an abdominoplasty.Best,Mats Hagstrom M.D.

I am assuming that PMMA is referring to a methyl methacralate product which is a permanent filler. You can have fat grafting done as well regardless of your prior injections. Down the line(5+ years) as prior attempts at injection of non-absorbable products like silicone have resulted in extrusion of materials and creation of pustules. I would not recommend to anybody to have these kinds of fillers as we do not know how they will react with the test of time.
