15 months post Septorhinoplasty and I still have swelling - Does it look like I have a polly beak? (photo)

Hi. It is now fifteen months since my septorhinoplasty but the swelling in the tip of my nose is still apparent. From my picture does it look like I have a Polly Beak? Is the swelling likely to reduce any more? Thank you.

How long is the recovery time from nasal adhesion surgery under general anaesthetic?

The recovery following the procedure you describe should be brief.  Oftentimes nasal adhesions can be treated in the office.  Being that you are needing to go to the OR for this, I would expect you to need a few days to recover, but it should not be as long as your septoplasty recovery.

A foul smell coming from the nose after rhinoplasty could be a sign of a sinus or, worse, and intranasal infection. This should be evaluated as soon as possible. In the absence of an infection, there is no reason any type of smell should be coming from the nose.

There seems to be a lot of swelling on your nose from the front view at the level of the tip and above. There is also some asymmetry of the ala which could be due to swelling. The nose seems slightly over-rotated and the tip over-projected. This could also be due to swelling. In my experience...
