Hi. It is now fifteen months since my septorhinoplasty but the swelling in the tip of my nose is still apparent. From my picture does it look like I have a Polly Beak? Is the swelling likely to reduce any more? Thank you.

At only three weeks post-operatively, it will be very difficult to tell if the bump you're pointing out is due to swelling or not. The nasal bridge will take at least 3 months - and sometimes longer - to fully come down from all the swelling. With that being said, for any questions, you should...
The recovery following the procedure you describe should be brief. Oftentimes nasal adhesions can be treated in the office. Being that you are needing to go to the OR for this, I would expect you to need a few days to recover, but it should not be as long as your septoplasty recovery.
