Please Tell me everything about a lower buttocks lift only, not a Brazilian butt lift or implants?

I have had a couple of surgeries done by dr Middleton in TO who was a wonderful surgeoun unfortunately has recently passed....Suggest another surgeoun?Can I sit after a butt lift?Cost?Incisions?Results? Etc..... Tell me everything please....
