I'm 36 and have a low body weight. I've had chin lipo and love the results. The only issue is that I'm getting more laxity in my neck as I age. I use sunscreen, retinol, and neck covers in the sun, and keep my neck lifted when on the computer. However, the more prominent line on my neck now looks more like a "U" as it's starting to sag down. I really hate it. Is there anything that can raise it a bit, or make it less prominent? Thank you.
