How do I get rid of horizontal neck lines or at least make them less prominent? I'm 36 and they are hereditary on my mom side.
Answer: Considering options FaceTite is an option to consider. This minimally invasive procedure uses RF technology on top of and just below the skin surface to tighten tissues. There is no general anesthesia is required. You can consider Morpheus8 as well to address skin tone and texture. We always recommend using medical grade skin care products like Transform MD and wearing sunscreen every day.

Answer: Soften harsh lines and wrinkles with morpheus8 treatments Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Neck Lines / Tech Neck / Neck Wrinkles -- Soft Fillers (Belotero) in combination w/ Lasers and Microneedling/PRP "Injecting soft fillers like Belotero in this area can reduce lines, wrinkles and folds as well as improve skin texture with long-term collagen production. Fillers are being used more frequently to contour and lift rather than solely line fill. Of course, fillers are best used in combination with lasers and microneedling with PRP to get the optimal outcome. I suggest getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to create an individualized treatment plan that works for you. Best, Dr. Emer"

Answer: Horizontal Neck Lines Hi, There are a couple options that can help reduce your horizontal neck lines. You are young and a midline neck lift +/- radio frequency treatment such as Profound RF or Facetite will help to contour your neck and tighten the skin. Chemical peeling can also help reduce thin lines of the neck. In addition, Botox and certain fillers can be used in conservative amounts to reduce horizontal lines. These treatments can all be combined to reduce the lines, but nothing will eliminate the line short of surgical excision, which will leave a thin scar behind in place of it. Hope this helps.
