Indented pores and line on nose. What is the easiest way to treat this? (Photo)

Question

I have 2 large sunk in pores and 1 small thin line across my nose, i’m not sure exactly where it is come from but I’m not sure how to treat it to get rid of it. It seems as if the top layer of sink sunk down and made holes, the holes are not open, but collapsed. Any information you can give me on how to treat this the easiest way would be very much appreciated thank you!

Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong fractional lasers such as CO2 laser, we use lighter treatments for corrective skincare and maintenance of results. Our Thulium fractional laser, clear and brilliant laser, and Ultra Thulium laser are excellent options in our clinic. We also perform CO2 fractional and erbium depending on skin tone and tolerance for downtime. Patients do have to use a Melarase cream before and after treatment to help further reduce pigmentation after laser. Dark spots can improve with these treatments. I recommend fractional laser for incisional scars as well, especially after plastic surgery.

This crease is very common in patients that have allergies and regularly wipe or blow their nose. Any skin care treatment could be tried first, (light chemical peels, micro dermabrasion, dermaplaning, micro-needling in combinatioin with topical Vitamin A, Retin A, or alpha-hydroxyacid (AHA) product). The next step would be a more aggressive resurfacing with laser, PlasmaPen, or dermabrasion. Dermabrasion would be my suggestion as it does not seem to affect the natural pigment as much as laser treatments.
