I have tried BBL and Halo laser treatments and have had improvement to the sun damage but not the lines. They are worse in the morning depending on how I sleep. I'm wondering the best cosmetic treatments?

Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong fractional lasers such as CO2 laser, we use lighter treatments for corrective skincare and maintenance of results. Our Thulium fractional laser, clear and brilliant laser, and Ultra Thulium laser are excellent options in our clinic. We also perform CO2 fractional and erbium depending on skin tone and tolerance for downtime. Patients do have to use a Melarase cream before and after treatment to help further reduce pigmentation after laser. Dark spots can improve with these treatments. I recommend fractional laser for incisional scars as well, especially after plastic surgery.

Hello AG131.  We would recommend Sculptra injections.  Although we have not done a lot of work in this area, the body work we have done with Sculptra has been extremely beneficial as it develops your own collagen, which looks very natural and lasts 3-5 years.  Best of luck.

As you have noted, lasers and IPL are great for removing pigment but to address the creases I prefer to use smooth threads, hyperdilute fillers or radio frequency micro needling.

There are a lot of brands and products in Hyaluronic Acid that can help you, and you should choose the best for you after an exam with a physician who specialized in injections. Hi there,

Yes sleeping has a huge impact on chest wrinkles.  you can try Botox as well as filler.  Also perhaps micro needling with PRP but unless you can sleep on your back it will not really help.
