I have always wondered if it ever was possible to make another Marilyn Monroe through plastic surgery..not crazy just extremely curious. I had my hair line lowered but felt too embarrased to ask my surgeon if plastic surgery could basically create clones or make someone look like anything but themselves while still not having people who have never seen the person before detect plastic surgery. Is this possible. Can you make someone look like a diff person without creating a michael jackson story

The short answer, thankfully, is no. You can review the tabloids and see literal horror stories of people who have spent untold time and money to look like someone, or something, else. These stories never end well and probably begin from a point of deep unhappiness.

One can not create a person to looks exacatly like someone else.  Patiens have different anatomical variations and one can only modify those a bit.
