Developed blood clots and scar tissue after tummy tuck - What are the risks of having Lipo360 with J Plasma?

I had a Tummy Tuck a few years back. I ended developing blood clots and scar tissue. I have never had blood clotting prior to surgery and I never had them anymore after. Took blood thinners for 6 months. Now it’s been about 4 years and I want to get liposuction 360 with J Plasma. Would I be able to get it done?
